Background: Just the right amount of tart and sweet to enjoy on a warm summer day, Deep Eddy’s grapefruit vodka is an excellent base for Katie’s Cosmos. Enjoy with Crispy Potato Skins for a quick cocktail hour.

  • 1 shot of Deep Eddy’s grapefruit vodka
  • 1/2 shot raspberry liquor (I recommend Chambord)
  • 1/2 shot orange liquor (I recommend Cointreau)
  • 1 shot of cranberry juice
  • 1/2 shot lime juice
  • 1/2 shot grapefruit juice (I recommend fresh squeezed)
  • 1 shot simple syrup (mixture of half water and half sweetener of your choice – recommend honey)
  • Sugar Rim
  1. Mix ingredients in a martini shaker with ice and shake well.
  2. Strain into a martini glass and enjoy.
