I have been fortunate enough to have some fabulous instructors on several racetracks. After several years of practice, I do not have any doubt that the most important aspect of driving well is braking! It sounds like an oxymoron, but it is true. If you do not believe me just ask Mario Andretti. He does know a thing or two about driving cars.
