I have had it!

I am tired of the lies, greed, fearmongering and propaganda from elected officials and media platforms. Politicians in Washington D.C., Colorado, El Paso County, and Colorado Springs are not only complicit, but they cause the malady the citizens of this once great country are experiencing. The media platforms keep the bad news rolling 24/7 without a shred of investigated evidence.

Go ahead, kick the can down the road once more rather than take responsibility for the poor government actions and the media-created chaos. Government officials and media have failed the people!

Citizens have no faith in the leadership of their elected officials. Politicians owe their constituents open, accountable and responsible government service. Instead, what I see from these elected people is lack of factually based governing and leadership.

Washington D.C. Greed

Take D.C., what federally supported program is well run?  In my opinion, most of them are lacking. Glaring bureaucratic problems are evident in the United States Postal Service, Social Security Administration, Amtrak, health care, education, the Department of Transportation – the list goes on. Check out Just Facts for information on these agencies.

The bigger issue with D.C. is lifetime politicians and greed. Our founding fathers never expected political positions to become a lifetime profession or obsession. Peter Schweizer documented the greed in his book, “Throw Them All Out.” He looked at both sides of the aisle and exposed the rampant D.C. graft. Funny, even after exposure in his best sellers, the deals keep flowing in Washington. Did you hear about any of this information on the news?

Colorado Governor & Health Department Follies

The Colorado Governor and Department of Health fail again and again to release truly useful information about the COVID-19 pandemic. Cases are up, cases are down, what is real?  What is the total number of ICU or floor beds available? How many patients in ICU vs. floor beds? How many deaths per week, per month from COVID, COVID-related complications with co-morbidities, or non-COVID related injuries and accidents? What health-related impacts will we see soon from delayed medical treatment due to fear of COVID-19?

We emailed the Lubbock City COVID-19 Dashboard to the governor, El Paso County commissioners, Colorado Springs City Council members, and the Colorado Springs mayor and received one inquiry that went nowhere.

The dashboard is an easy-to-read, factual snapshot of Lubbock’s COVID-19 situation. It would provide our citizens the ability to make informed decisions for themselves and their families. And to easily understand the consequences of their personal actions. In comparison the El Paso County website has 15 pages to peruse and try to decipher.

Politicians do not want you to how many people WILL survive this sickness. They just wish to instill fear and obedience. Author Marty Rubin said, “Blind obedience to authority is the real root of all evil.”

Alex Berenson has written about this at length in his book, “Unreported Truths about COVID-19 and Lockdowns,” and One America News has reported on the facts also, in the video “One America News Investigates – America: Open For Business”.

COVID-19 and the Global Impact

Interestingly, the global elitists, who have a great deal of money and believe in one world government, are using COVID as an “opportunity” to establish more of their goals in record time. Their goals, however unreachable, of green energy, undoing poverty, and guaranteed healthcare and income are riding the coattails of the pandemic.

One area of discussion – climate change – is quietly lurking behind COVID, ready to pounce as soon as the vaccine saves all of us. While it waits in the shadows, please read “Apocalypse Never” by Michael Shellenberger. Shellenberger, a lifelong environmental activist of 30-plus years and a leading energy expert, speaks out on environmental alarmism.

Shellenberger summarized, “Every fact, claim and argument in this book is based on the best-available science, including as assessed by the prestigious Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPPC), Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and other scientific bodies. Apocalypse Never defends mainstream science from those who deny it on the Right and Left.” His new website is environmentalprogress.org.

I have written about Washington D.C. and the state of Colorado in this installment of Lies, Greed, Fearmongering and Propaganda. Part Two will discuss the city of Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs Utilities, and El Paso County. Read more next week.

  1. Tim,
Your letter to governor Polis (lower case intentional) was outstanding. I have been very vocal with Springs Taxpayers Facebook page. It is wonderful to see someone with influence taking such an outspoken position.

I have not seen your website before, but I will be a regular now. I am sure you don’t remember me, but my son went to CSS with your daughter.
