
- 2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 3/4 ounce butterfly pea syrup*
- Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a highball with ice cubes.
- Garnish with an orange slice, dried orange wheel and lime or mint.
*BUTTERFLY PEA SYRUP RECIPE
- Heat 1 cup of water and add 1 butterfly tea bag.
- Pour into mason jar or storage container with lid.
- Add 1 cup of sugar adn shake or stir until dissolved.
- Cool before use.
