Background: The combination of chocolate, stout, and orange is incredible in the Boozy Dark Delight. This is a great cocktail to serve all year round. We made ours with Knockando Scotch Whisky, Cointreau, and Guinness stout beer, but you can choose the brand you prefer. The Boozy Dark Delight is a simple cocktail to make, which is an added bonus. When you’re entertaining it’s nice to have options, but at the same time, you don’t want to be a slave to the bar. Prepping your garnish ahead of time is another way to streamline your cocktail making process. Easy and delicious is a always a win!
- 1 ounce Knockando Scotch Whisky
- 1 ounce Cointreau or other good orange liquor
- 6-8 ounces stout beer
- Chocolate Bar
- Mix the first 3 ingredients together in a tall On-the-Rock glass.
- Fill 1/2 full of ice.
- Top with stout, stir and garnish with orange curl and shaved chocolate.
