This Kentucky Lemonade cocktail is going to be the drink of summer!

Background: Kentucky Lemonade is spiked with Bulleit Bourbon and topped with ginger ale. It’s the perfect drink for summer and warmer days. The mint combined with the lemonade and ginger create a delicious, refreshing cocktail that everyone will love, even the non-bourbon drinkers. You can also make this drink recipe in a big batch for larger events or gatherings.

  1. Fill two glasses with ice.
  2. Place 7-8 mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler or wooden spoon to mash the mint to release the juices.
  3. Add 1 cup lemonade and 2 ounces of bourbon to the cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until well combined.
  4. Pour over ice in the glass, then top with ginger ale.
  5. Give a light stir and garnish with mint. Cheers!
