Background: This cocktail was inspired by a friend… she was in Wisconsin last February performing her duties as a traveling midwife. One of the families she delivered for was Amish and as a parting gift, they gave her a gallon of the maple syrup they make. She shared some with us.
- 2 ounces The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Single Malt Whiskey
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce pure maple syrup
Pour over a large ice cube in an on-the-rocks glass and garnish with lemon curl.
