I made these Strawberry Milkshake Cookies using Hershey’s Limited Summertime Kisses!

Background: These Strawberry Milkshake Cookies are easy to make and taste amazing! Strawberry Cake Mix cookies teamed up with Hershey’s Limited Summertime Strawberry Ice Cream Cone Kisses is the ultimate combination. Sometimes it’s hard to find summertime dessert recipes, so incorporating summer time releases is a fun way to do it. The cake mix cookie base requires very few ingredients and makes for a perfectly soft cookie. Make these for your next summer BBQ or get together and everyone will be pleased.

• 1 box Betty Crocker Strawberry Cake Mix
• 2 eggs (whisked)
• 1/3 cup oil
• Hershey’s Limited Summertime Kisses

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine the cake mix, eggs and oil in a large bowl and mix until completely incorporated. The dough will be very thick.
3. Using a cookie scoop or small spoon, scoop cookies into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 7-8 mintues, remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet for 4-5 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack. Repeat until all of the dough is baked.
5. Place Hershey’s kiss in the center of each cookie after they have slightly cooled.
