Peach Pecan Infused Bourbon is delicious and simple to make at home.

Background: This Peach Pecan Infused Bourbon requires very few ingredients and will take your at home bartending skills to another level. Peach and bourbon have always been a fantastic combination and the addition of toasted pecans and pure maple syrup make this recipe a must try. It’s good enough to drink on its own, but we like to use it to create peach inspired cocktails.

  • ½ cup unsatled, toasted pecans
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 cups bourbon or whiskey
  1. Add all ingredients to a large jar, making sure that the peaches are completely covered by the liquid ingredients.
  2. Seal, shake and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 5 days, or up to 2 weeks. Shake the jar every day or so to evenly disperse the ingredients.
  3. When the bourbon is ready, pour through a fine mesh strainer, then store the bourbon in an airtight jar for up to several months.

Use this infused bourbon in our Peach Old Fashioned for a delicious cocktail.
