Buttlerfly French 75

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce butterfly pea syrup
  • sparkling wine
  1. Add all ingredients, except wine, into shaker with ice.
  2. Double strain into a chilled champagne glass.
  3. Top with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
