Little Violeta

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce butterfly pea syrup*
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into a highball with ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice, dried orange wheel and lime or mint.

*BUTTERFLY PEA SYRUP RECIPE

  1. Heat 1 cup of water and add 1 butterfly tea bag.
  2. Pour into mason jar or storage container with lid.
  3. Add 1 cup of sugar adn shake or stir until dissolved.
  4. Cool before use.
