
Background: Experimenting with autumn flavors in the Autumn Evening, my husband and I created this tasty drink. The mix of almond and citrus reminds us of crisp fall evenings in Colorado. Pair it with the Keto Shrimp “Rice” Cucumber Salad Stack for a wonderful date night.
- 2 1/2 ounces Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 2 1/2 ounces fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ounce B. J. Reynolds Orgeat
- 3 drops of Fee Brothers lemon bitters
If you have time, put all the ingredients in a glass jar and freeze for a couple of hours. If not, shake until frosty. Place a small to medium round ice cube in the bottom of the chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon curl.
