
Background: If the warmth of the season had a drink it would be Highland Spice, with its blend of Scotch, lemon and ginger. Finishes with alittle bit of heat to warm your insides.
- 2 ounces Highland or Speyside single malt Scotch
- 3/4 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce Le Sirop Honey Ginger syrup
- Garnish with Anna and Sarah Organic Dried Crystallized Ginger cube
- Mix all ingredients.
- Serve in “on the rocks” glass with one large ice cube.
- Use 1/4 ounce of the same Scotch to float on the top, if desired.
- Garnish with a cube of crystallized ginger on a long toothpick.
