Highland Spice

Background: If the warmth of the season had a drink it would be Highland Spice, with its blend of Scotch, lemon and ginger. Finishes with alittle bit of heat to warm your insides.

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Serve in “on the rocks” glass with one large ice cube.
  3. Use 1/4 ounce of the same Scotch to float on the top, if desired.
  4. Garnish with a cube of crystallized ginger on a long toothpick.
