
Background: This Orange Creamsicle Mimosa recipe is a fun, delicious twist on a classic, brunch staple. The creamy coconut, vanilla, and orange flavors come together so well and will remind of you a Creamsicle Bar.
- 2 cups natural orange juice, no pulp
- 2 tablespoons cream of coconut, or half & half
- 1 ounce vanilla vodka
- 1 ounce Cointreau (or another orange liqueur)
- Champagne, Prosecco, or any sparkling wine of your choice
- Mix together the orange juice, cream of coconut, vanilla vodka, and Cointreau until well combined. Pour mixture into champagne glasses until they are halfway full.
- Top with the Champagne, Prosecco, or sparkling wine.
- Optional: Garnish with an orange.
- Enjoy!
