Orange Creamsicle Mimosa

Background: This Orange Creamsicle Mimosa recipe is a fun, delicious twist on a classic, brunch staple. The creamy coconut, vanilla, and orange flavors come together so well and will remind of you a Creamsicle Bar.

  • 2 cups natural orange juice, no pulp
  • 2 tablespoons cream of coconut, or half & half
  • 1 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce Cointreau (or another orange liqueur)
  • Champagne, Prosecco, or any sparkling wine of your choice
  1. Mix together the orange juice, cream of coconut, vanilla vodka, and Cointreau until well combined. Pour mixture into champagne glasses until they are halfway full.
  2. Top with the Champagne, Prosecco, or sparkling wine.
  3. Optional: Garnish with an orange.
  4. Enjoy!
