Background: My family loves this Cilantro Lime dressing. We always make it on taco nights, either for salads or to drizzle on top of tacos. It’s also great for fajitas, enchiladas or burritos! It’s easy to make Cilantro Lime dressing because everything gets thrown into your blender or food processor.

  • 1 large bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and stem removed, unless you like the extra heat
  1. Add all of your ingredients into a food processor or blender. Put the lid on and blend. Slowly add in the olive oil and blend until smooth. Taste and add more salt or honey, if needed.
  2. Pour the dressing into a glass jar with a tight-fighting lid. The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Taco nights aren’t complete without our favorite Taco Ring and Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars!
