Background: This Peach Crumble Cobbler is a dessert that will please everyone! It’s made with fresh peaches and a delicious crumble. When peaches are in season, we make this weekly. You could easily adjust it to be made with apples, cherries, or your favorite fruit filling.

  • 8 regular-sized peaches, cored and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8″ baking dish with butter and set aside.
  2. Layer the peaches on the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with the granulated sugar.
  3. In a medium bowl, use a pastry blender to mix the butter, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and vanilla extract until it forms a chunky crumble.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the peaches.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until browned on top and bubbly. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or as is. Enjoy!
