
- 2 ounces Compass Box Great King Street Artist’s Blend
- ¾ ounce lemon juice
- ¾ ounce Compass Box Honey-Ginger syrup
- ¼ ounce Compass Box the Peat Monster (or other peated blended or blended malt scotch) to float
- Candied ginger slice or lemon peel for garnish
Pour Great King Street, lemon juice, and honey-ginger syrup into a shaker or mason jar, fill with ice, and shake for 10-12 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass, add ice, and slowly float the Peat Monster over the top. Garnish with a candied ginger slice or lemon peel if desired.
