Suffering Bastard

  • ½ ounce Black Bottle blended scotch
  • 1 ½ ounces Hayman’s Royal Dock Navy Strength Gin
  • ½ ounce fresh ginger (pulped or juiced) or ginger beer
  • ¾ ounce lime juice
  • Lime slice and fresh lime zest for garnish

Build and shake a Boston tin or cobbler shaker.  Fine strain over shaved ice in a 14 oz. Collins glass.  Garnish with a lime slice and fresh lime zest.
