These no bake Bird’s Nest Cookies are so fun to make for Easter or spring time events!

Background: Bird’s Nest Cookies are festive, yummy, and incredibly easy to make. You only need four ingredients to make them and they don’t require any baking. They are perfect for Easter or springs time events because they are festive and fun. I love desserts that stand out and grab people’s attention. You can whip these up in under 15 minutes so it’s an easy decision to include them in your Easter lineup this year. Plus, who doesn’t love chocolate and peanut butter together?

  1. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  2. Place chocolate chips and peanut butter chips in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. If needed, continue to microwave at 10 second increments, stirring each time until completely melted. Immediately add chow mein noodles and stir until they are completely covered. You may have to break up the bigger noodles – this will help when you’re sculpting the nests.
  3. Drop mixture by the spoonful on prepared tray. Use the spoon to form the nest shape. Immediately press candy eggs into each nest – I did three in each nest. Pop them in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, then store in an airtight container.
