Chocolate Makadamia Nut Cake
This Chocolate Makadamia Nut Cake is my modified version of a Pillsbury Bake-Off winner from over 25 years ago. It’s rich, moist, and delicious as well as easy to make. This version is lower in fat than a comparable chocolate cake due to a can of pears replacing a portion of the fat.
The Perfect Cheesecake
We have found the Perfect Cheesecake and this recipe is it. The filling is creamy and sweetened just right. The simple graham cracker crust is an excellent base for this classic dessert.

Sur La Table featured these Lemon Raspberry Tea Cakes by Bianca Dodson and they are delicious! We made them for brunch and they were loved.

Strawberry Milkshake Cookies
These Strawberry Milkshake Cookies are easy to make and taste amazing! Strawberry Cake Mix cookies teamed up with Hershey's Limited Summertime Strawberry Ice Cream Cone Kisses is the ultimate combination. Sometimes it's hard to find summertime dessert recipes, so incorporating summer time releases is a fun way to do it. The cake mix cookie base requires very few ingredients and makes for a perfectly soft cookie. Make these for your next summer BBQ or get together and everyone will be pleased.
Cake in a Cup
I had Cake in a Cup for the first time at a bakery in Georgia and loved the idea! It's the perfect dessert for summer time and very simple to make. Who would have thought that serving cake in a cup would be so fun and convenient to eat? The lid keeps the bugs out and cuts down on everyone handling individual cupcakes. It's less messy and can be saved in case you can't finish it or want to save it for later. I just made these for a 4th of July event and they packed beautifully in the cooler. You can easily change out the sprinkles seasonally or experiment with different kinds of cakes or frostings.
Kitchen Sink Cookie Bars
Kitchen Sink Cookie Bars are everything you love about our Kitchen Sink Cookies, but take half the time. The sweet and salty combo is delicious! Chocolate Chips, pretzels, and toffee pieces balanced with sea salt make for a yummy little treat. If you are short on time, this is the perfect recipe for you. You save on time from scooping and shaping each individual cookie, but still get your cookie fix - a win, win! We love a good, simple dessert recipe and this one is a keeper.
