Background: Corn Casserole has been a constant go-to recipe in our family for over 50 years. Not only is it easy with only 6 ingredients, but it is also mouth-watering yumminess. - 1 stick butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 – 15 ounce can Delmonte Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 1 – 15 ounce can Delmonte Creamed Corn
- 1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all ingredients
- Grease the bottom of an 8inch baking dish. I usually use a round ceramic dish, as I serve right out of the dish.
- Pour batter into dish
- Bake for 45-1 hr, depending on altitude.
