Star Spangled Skewers are super simple and fun for the 4th of July!

Background: These Star Spangled Skewers are festive and fun for your 4th of July parties and get-togethers! They are a healthier treat option or snack that everyone will love. Simply using a star cookie cutter makes watermelon slices the star of your spread. Stack blueberries and mini marshmallows on a medium skewer and top with a star! This is a great kid-friendly recipe that they will love to help with!

  1. Slice your watermelon, then use a star cookie cutter to cut out your stars. Set aside.
  2. Alternating blueberries and mini marshmallows, skewer them, leaving room at the top for the stars.
  3. Once you have the desired amount of skewers prepared, add the watermelon stars.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve, or serve immediately.
