
Background: The addition of pickled okra and tomolives, makes Tim’s Favorite Martini a perfect cocktail drink. Enjoy before your favorite meal to make it special.
- 2 ounces Gin, not too floral or botanical (used Farmer’s Botanical Organic Gin)
- 1 ounce Ciroc Vodka
- 1 ounce Noilly Prat French Dry Vermouth
- Rick’s Picks Smokra Pickled Okra
- Old South Tomolives
- Large Queen olive stuffed with pimentos
- Chill martini glass.
- Prep garnish: On a long cocktail skewer place a large Queen pimento-stuffed olive, a Rick’s Picks Smokra pickled okra and an Old South Tomolives.
- Wash the ice with dry vermouth: Fill cocktail shaker 1/2 full with crushed ice and pour in a jigger of Noilly Prat French dry vermouth, shack vigorously for a minute and strain vermouth out into sink.
- Add the gin and vodka to shaker and shake for several minutes.
- Pour into martini glass and let a bit of the crushed ice in as well.
- Add garnish and serve.
