
- 12-14 watermelon chunks
- 3 ounces Johnnie Walker Red Label (or other blended scotch)
- 2 ounces ginger ale
- Lime wedge and fresh watermelon cubes dusted with Tajin seasoning for garnish
Blend watermelon chunks in a blender (to make 8 ounces of juice). Divide watermelon juice and scotch into two frozen rocks glasses. Stir for 2 seconds. Top with ginger ale and garnish with fresh watermelon dusted with Tajin and lime juice.
