Peach Cider Mule

Background: Peach Cider Mule. Delicious. This simple cocktail recipe is made with three ingredients and is perfect for the transition to Fall. When I saw peach cider at a local orchard, I immediately thought of using it to make some variation of a Moscow Mule. I make Apple Cider Mules during the holidays and they are always a hit. Peach had to be good, right? We think so.

  1. Fill a copper mug with ice.
  2. Add vodka, cider, then top with a good splash of ginger beer. Gently stir.
  3. Garnish with peach slice, mint, or cinnamon stick.
  4. Serve right away and enjoy!

For this recipe, I used peach cider from Lane Southern Orchards. However, this site: Visit Palisade | Orchards and Farms is an excellent resource for homegrown peaches in Colorado.
