We used Empress 1908 Gin to make this tasty Prickly Pear Gin Buck cocktail!
Background: This Prickly Pear Gin Buck is the perfect cocktail for spring and summer. We used Empress 1908 Gin for this drink recipe. Butterfly pea blossom gives Empress 1908 Gin its distinct indigo hue and earthy flavor. Combined with ginger beer and prickly pear syrup, this drink is sweet and refreshing! The colorful presentation is an added bonus.
- 1.5 ounces Empress 1908 Gin
- 1/2 ounce Prickly Pear syrup
- 3-4 ounces ginger beer
- juice of 1/2 a lime
- Fill glass with ice and pour in your Prickly Pear syrup and fresh squeezed lime juice.
- Add 3-4 ounces of ginger beer, leaving room for gin on top.
- Top with Empress 1908 Gin and serve!
