- 1 ½ ounces Tomintoul Speyside Glenlivet Scotch Whisky
- 1 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/3 ounce honey
- Mix juice and honey together well until completely dissolved.
- Shake together until very cold, pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a thin wedge of grapefruit.
