Champagne Floats are the perfect brunch cocktail for any occasion.

Background: Champagne Floats are simple and delicious. Frozen sherbet and Prosecco Rose make the perfect brunch cocktail. You can use any champagne, prosecco, or rose of your choice to make this recipe. Different variations of frozen sherbet will also allow you to feature the flavors you wish. Simply put a large scoop of sherbet in a glass and top with bubbles and cheers! Try these for your next brunch and you won’t be disappointed.

  1. Scoop one large scoop of frozen sherbet into serving glass.
  2. Top with a Prosecco or Champagne and enjoy!
