Strawberry Mint Moscow Mule

This Strawberry Mint Moscow Mule made with vodka is a refreshing take on a classic cocktail, just in time for summer!

  1. Add strawberries, mint, juice of 1 lime, and 3 ounces of vodka to a cocktail shaker. Muddle everything together.
  2. Strain into a copper mug over ice.
  3. Top with ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with strawberries and mint.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
