The Air Fryer Blackened Chicken from Oh Snap Macros is super simple and delicious!

Background: We have this Air Fryer Blackened Chicken in our weekly meal rotation. It is super simple to make and macro friendly.  Danielle Lima from Oh Snap Macros has so many amazing recipes and her Blackened Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo is one of our favorites. We also use her blackened chicken to make BBQ flatbread pizzas. Everyone will love the bold flavor this recipe packs!

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon or more cayenne pepper, to taste
  1. Mix seasonings in a deep mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Slice chicken breast into strips. Add chicken to bowl of seasonings. Spray with cooking spray and mix to coat chicken in seasoning well.
  3. Preheat air fryer. Lay chicken in air fryer without any pieces overlapping. Cook at 380 for 8 minutes. When I use my Ninja Foodi, I used the Air Crisp setting at 390 for 12 minutes.
