The Gazette Telegraph ran a headline celebrating the possible use of infrastructure funds for AMTRAK service to Colorado Springs. Well, to me, there is a major issue with this presumptive hoopla. Amtrack loses quite a bit of money.
If we continue by celebrating federal government-run businesses that lose money, face it we are stupid citizens. Wake up please and learn to understand a financial statement. A loss comes out of taxpayer pockets. I, for one, want these businesses to at least break even. It appears however that pandering politicians do not give a damn. I am very tired of their b.s. I believe you should be too.
