Background: Beware, this grape salad will not last long because it is delicious!  I make this for all parties, BBQs, and get-togethers.  Make sure you have the recipe on hand because you’ll have people asking for it!

  • 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 5 pounds of seedless grapes, half red and half green
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  1. Wash grapes and remove stems. Dry completely.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with a handheld mixer until completely smooth. Add sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed.
  3. Add grapes to cream cheese mixture and gently mix until all grapes are covered. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle with pecans and brown sugar on top of grape salad.

Serve this with one of our casseroles dishes like the Cowboy Casserole or Lorie’s Chicken Pot Pie to have all your food groups covered!
