Background: This Cheesy Crab Rangoon Dip is creamy, delicious, and loaded with crab! We love it served with wonton chips, but tortilla chips or crackers can be used as well. The Cheesy Crab Rangoon dip is the perfect appetizer to make for any gathering and will be a hit. It will not last long as it’s a real crowd pleaser!

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup fresh parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounces crab meat, drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 tablespoons fresh chives (half for dip, half for garnish)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce with a hand mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients, reserving 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese for topping. Spread in cast iron skillet.
  4. Top with remaining cheese. Broil on high until bubbly and gold.
  5. Garnish with remaining chives and serve!

We like to make this dip along with Potstickers and Grape Salad for BBQs and gatherings!
