Nutter Butter Mummies

Background: My Mom used to make these Nutter Butter Mummies for us when we were kids for Halloween. They are delicious, festive, and easy! You only need three ingredients: Nabisco Nutter Butter cookies, white chocolate chips, and eyeball sprinkles. My son usually helps me make the Nutter Butter Mummies, which is always a win! I love to see the variety of mummies we end up with. Don’t be scared to make these! They are so simple and make for great presentation for all your Halloween events.

  1. Lay a sheet of parchment or waxed paper on your counter and place a cooling rack on top. The parchment paper will catch the extra chocolate for easy clean up. Lay your Nutter Butter cookies spread out across the cooling rack.
  2. Melt your chocolate according to the package directions. I use the microwave. Once it is melted, I pour it into a squeeze bottle.
  3. Start icing cookies by squeezing the bottle, going back and forth. You can’t mess this up, just have fun!
  4. I add the eyeballs before moving on to the next mummy.
  5. Serve and watch them disappear before your eyes!
