Background: This Rum Dole Whip is the perfect frozen rum drink for summer! The pineapple and rum make you feel like you’re on an island somewhere. It’s insanely easy to make because you throw everything into a blender, then serve. No need to plan a trip to Disney for this delicious cocktail when you can make it home. With one sip, the Rum Dole Whip will become your go-to drink! Make it with your favorite rum to appeal to your taste and enjoy!

  1. Put the frozen pineapple and banana into your blender. Pour the coconut milk and rum over the frozen fruit.
  2. Blend until smooth. You may have to knock down the sides occasionally to ensure it gets blended thoroughly.
  3. Pour into glass, garnish with fresh pineapple, and serve with a straw.

Make these along with Cuban Mojo Chicken and Costa Rican Style Shrimp Ceviche for an island themed meal.
