
Background: Rye and ginger honey is an irrestible combination and wonderful on a cold winter night.
- 2 ounces Basil Hayden Dark Rye
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce Tippleman’s Ginger Honey syrup
- Serve in an on-the-rocks glass over a large ice cube or sphere of ice.
- Garnish with a cube of dried crystallized ginger and a large peel of lemon zest on a toothpick.
