Veggie Pizzas are healthy, delicious, and fun to eat!

Background: This Veggie Pizzas recipe is healthy, simple to make, and family friendly! Loaded with fresh vegetables and flavor, you won’t be able to only have one. They make for a great snack or meal. Because they’re fun to eat, kids enjoy them as well and it’s an excellent way to get them to eat their veggies. You can adjust the vegetables you want to use to cater to your liking. We recommend making them for your next brunch, BBQ, or get together.

  • 3 sheets of crescent dough
  • (Or for a regular sheet pizza: 2 sheets of dough)
  • 8oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  1. Roll the dough out and cut into hearts, circles, or whichever shape you prefer.
  2. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake according to package instructions.
  3. Set them aside and allow them to cool completely.
  4. Combine cream cheese, yogurt, and 1/2 seasoning mix until well combined. You can add more seasoning mix if you prefer.
  5. Spread each heart with a portion of cream cheese mixture, leaving a slight edge or “crust.”
  6. Top each heart with veggies.
  7. Cover and keep chilled until ready to serve.
