Background: We have found the perfect S’mores Brownies recipe! This yummy dessert has been adjusted many times to find the perfect blend. There is nothing like a homemade brownie with a big glass of milk. The addition of graham crackers and marshmallows, make these a fun variation of a classic dessert. We like to make these S’mores Brownies for Fall get togethers or BBQs.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate baking bars, stirring continuously until smooth. Remove from heat and pour into a large bowl.
  3. Whisk in both sugars. Whisk in eggs one at a time, beating to ensure properly mixed. Whisk in the salt and vanilla extract.
  4. Add in the flour and cocoa powder, using a rubber spatula to mix, just until blended. Stir in the graham crackers, then pour into greased baking dish and spreading evenly.
  5. Top with marshmallows and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out almost completely clean.
  6. Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
