Boulevardier

  • 1 ounce bourbon or rye whiskey
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • Maraschino cherry or orange peel for garnish

Stir all ingredients with ice.  Strain into chilled coupe.  Garnish with orange peel or maraschino cherry.

Background: This drink was featured in the Whisky Advocate, spring of 2019 and is fast becoming a favorite. Simple to make with a hint of citrus, this drink is wonderful after a long day.
