Boozy Dark Delight

Boozy Dark Delight

The combination of chocolate, stout, and orange is incredible in the Boozy Dark Delight. This is a great cocktail to serve all year round. We made ours with Knockando Scotch Whisky, Cointreau, and Guinness stout beer, but you can choose the brand you prefer. The Boozy Dark Delight is a simple cocktail to make, which is an added bonus. When you're entertaining it's nice to have options, but at the same time, you don't want to be a slave to the bar. Easy and delicious is a always a win!

Cake in a Cup

Cake in a Cup

I had Cake in a Cup for the first time at a bakery in Georgia and loved the idea! It's the perfect dessert for summer time and very simple to make. Who would have thought that serving cake in a cup would be so fun and convenient to eat? The lid keeps the bugs out and cuts down on everyone handling individual cupcakes. It's less messy and can be saved in case you can't finish it or want to save it for later. I just made these for a 4th of July event and they packed beautifully in the cooler. You can easily change out the sprinkles seasonally or experiment with different kinds of cakes or frostings.
Cheesecake Fruit Salad

Cheesecake Fruit Salad

This Cheesecake Fruit Salad is festive and yummy. It's a great dish for your 4th of July party or patriotic get-togethers! We used strawberries, bananas, and blueberries to represent the red, white, and blue, but you can use any fruit that you prefer. The possibilities are endless for this sweet recipe. Cheesecake Fruit Salad can be served as a dessert, side dish, or even star in your brunch line-up. If you don't plan on serving it right away, don't mix your cheesecake filling in with fruit until you are ready to serve.
Louisiana Egg Rolls

Louisiana Egg Rolls

Louisiana Egg Rolls combine Cajun rubbed chicken, andouille sausage, and roasted corn for a flavor explosion! They pack a little punch but aren't too spicy. We like to serve ours with a Cajun honey mustard, but the possibilities are endless. This is a pretty simple recipe, so don't be afraid to take it on! Not to mention, whoever is lucky enough to get one will be thanking you for days.
Kitchen Sink Cookie Bars

Kitchen Sink Cookie Bars

Kitchen Sink Cookie Bars are everything you love about our Kitchen Sink Cookies, but take half the time. The sweet and salty combo is delicious! Chocolate Chips, pretzels, and toffee pieces balanced with sea salt make for a yummy little treat. If you are short on time, this is the perfect recipe for you. You save on time from scooping and shaping each individual cookie, but still get your cookie fix - a win, win! We love a good, simple dessert recipe and this one is a keeper.
