
Background: These Cheesy Pickle Chips are simple and delicious! They are a healthier version of fried pickles, but are just as addicting. We like to serve them as a game day appetizer, but they also make for a great snack choice! The are excellent with our homemade ranch dressing recipe for dipping. Cheesy Pickle Chips are Keto friendly which is an added bonus.
- dill pickle chips
- medium cheddar cheese or colby jack, shredded
- ranch seasoning (optional)
- standard muffin pan
- ranch dressing for dipping

- Preheat oven for 375 degrees.
- Drain 12 pickle chips by placing them on a paper towel.
- Sprinkle some freshly grated cheese in the muffin pan. Add a pickle chip to each one and sprinkle with ranch seasoning (optional). Top with more shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve with ranch dressing for dipping and enjoy!
