Cheesy Pickle Chips

Background: These Cheesy Pickle Chips are simple and delicious! They are a healthier version of fried pickles, but are just as addicting. We like to serve them as a game day appetizer, but they also make for a great snack choice! The are excellent with our homemade ranch dressing recipe for dipping. Cheesy Pickle Chips are Keto friendly which is an added bonus.

Cheesy Pickle Chips Prep

  1. Preheat oven for 375 degrees.
  2. Drain 12 pickle chips by placing them on a paper towel.
  3. Sprinkle some freshly grated cheese in the muffin pan. Add a pickle chip to each one and sprinkle with ranch seasoning (optional). Top with more shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping and enjoy!
