Keto Pizza Roll Ups

Background: These Keto Pizza Roll-Ups are one of our favorite snacks! With only four ingredients, they are simple to make and satisfy your pizza craving without all the carbs. You can make these Keto Pizza Roll-Ups as an appetizer, snack, or meal in just under 15 minutes.

  • 10-12 mozzarella cheese slices (or as many as you like)
  • pepperoni slices
  • Italian seasoning
  • marinara or pizza sauce for dipping
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Lay slices of cheese on the parchment paper 1 inch apart. Top with pepperoni and bake for 6 minutes or until the edges start to slightly brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow the cheese to slightly cool. Roll the slices and sprinkle with italian seasoning.
  5. Serve with your favorite marinara or pizza sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
