Magnolia Table Potato Salad

We love a good side dish and Magnolia Table Potato Salad is a delicious recipe that is sure to please!

Background: This Magnolia Table Potato Salad recipe is always a hit! It’s the perfect side dish for any BBQ or get together. It always disappears quickly with everyone asking for the recipe. We love that it is simple to make and requires minimal ingredients. You can make it the day prior to save time when hosting or entertaining. This classic recipe should be in everyone’s rotation.

  • 1 ¼ pounds small red potatoes
  • 6 large eggs, hard boiled
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • 1 ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  1. Boil potatoes, about 15 minutes. Cool and chop into 1” pieces.
  2. Meanwhile, boil eggs until hard, about 10-12 minutes. Transfer the eggs to ice water and let them chill for 10 minutes. Peel the eggs and chop into 1” pieces.
  3. To make the dressing, stir together the mayonnaise, salt, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and black pepper until well combined. Combine the potatoes, eggs, celery, and green onions. Pour over the dressing and toss. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with the paprika and serve.
