
Honey Lime Fruit Salad is a healthy side dish that is incredibly easy to make.
Background: This Honey Lime Fruit Salad recipe is simple, but delicious! It’s a healthy side dish that doesn’t compromise flavor. You can customize it to your taste by choosing your favorite fruits to mix in. The dressing is simply honey with fresh squeezed lime juice and it compliments the fruit perfectly. We love making Honey Lime Fruit Salad during the summer, but it is an excellent side dish to make all year long. It’s great for brunches, BBQs, and parties.
- 1-2 pounds fresh strawberries
- 4 fresh peaches, sliced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 4 cups grapes
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
- Clean/rinse all of your fruit and set aside.
- Slice your peaches and strawberries and add to a large bowl. Add your blueberries and grapes to the bowl.
- In a small bowl combine your honey and lime and juice. Pour over fruit in large bowl and mix well.
- Keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve.
