Potstickers
My family loves to get together for a fun afternoon of laughter while we assemble masses of potstickers for our various homes. These can be frozen for a quick option during the busy weeks or impromptu get-togethers.
Pintxos (Tapas) of Grilled Shrimp, Mushroom, Leek, and Romesco
These are amazing! They taste as good as they look with all the flavors melding together to dance across your mouth. Have as an appetizer or add a side salad for a meal. Serves 8-10.

The Corner Store
Created by Adam Miller, beverage director of Silver Lining Diner, Southampton, N.Y. and featured in the Whisky Advocate, dated winter of 2019. Mr. Miller wrote this drink was inspired by Dr. Brown’s Black Cherry, Miller’s favorite childhood soda.
Swede Slushie
Created by H. Joseph Ehrmann, proprietor of Elixir, San Francisco and featured in the Whisky Advocate, dated summer of 2019. Mr. Ehrmann wrote “The currants, almonds, and nutmeg highlight the caramel and vanilla notes of the whiskey, but it’s all brightened by the lemon juice, “ says Ehrmann.”
Suffering Bastard
Created by Will Elliott, bar director at Maison Premiere, New York and featured in the Whisky Advocate, dated summer of 2019. Mr. Elliott wrote “With only four ingredients, this is an easy cocktail to construct. Featuring both scotch and gin, this summery duo results in a well-balanced cocktail with universal appeal.”
