Irish Frappe
Created by Joshua Haddock, bar manager at The Nest at Thompson, Seattle and featured in the Whisky Advocate, dated summer of 2019. Mr. Haddock wrote “Irish Coffee meets a smoothie – light sweet, silky smooth, and refreshing. “It’s a perfect little pick-me-up on a hot day,” says Haddock.”
Fruta Fresca
Created by Gabe Orta, co-founder, Bar Lab, Miami and featured in the Whisky Advocate, dated summer of 2019. Mr. Orta wrote “Fresh watermelon balances the spicy, salty Tijin and tart lime juice in this drink inspired by Orta’s Mexican travels.”
Ferdinand the Bull
Created by Brock Schulte, bar director of The Monarch, Kansas City, MO and featured in the Whisky Advocate, dated winter of 2019. Mr. Schulte wrote “Whisky and orange is a classic combination, but blood orange gives this cocktail the perfect wintry twist. A touch of smoke accentuates the rich, tart citrus flavor, Schulte says.”

The perfect holiday drink! Our family loves enjoying this drink over the holidays and it always brings a festive atmosphere.
Burning History
Created by James Shearer, global beverage director for Zuma Restaurants and featured in the Whisky Advocate, dated winter of 2019. Mr. Shearer wrote, “This twist on the Penicillin is a complex combination of smoky and citrus,” Shearer says. “The honey, yuzu, and egg whites lend sweet frothy notes, while smoke from wood fire seasons the glass, making for a layered sip.”
Brooklyn
We enjoy this drink anytime. It has a smooth finish with a hint of cherries.
Boulevardier
This drink was featured in the Whisky Advocate, spring of 2019 and is fast becoming a favorite. Simple to make with a hint of citrus, this drink is wonderful after a long day.
Algonquin
This is a favorite at our 4th of July parties. Light, refreshing and a great crowd-pleaser for those hot summer nights.
